Wayne Goldstein, recent President of the Civic Federation, died today on the steps of the council building while on his way to testify at a hearing. Well known for civic issues, planning board matters and concerns about Historic Preservation and Conservation, Wayne also wrote columns in the Sentinel newspapers. He joined GOCA in March for the GOCA awards ceremony. Funeral arrangements are incomplete.
