After a two-year hiatus, NATIONAL NIGHT OUT is back!
On August 2, we will join forces with thousands of communities nationwide to celebrate National Night Out, a crime prevention event sponsored nationally by the National Association of Town Watch, and locally by the Olney Chamber of Commerce.
The Chamber has been promoting the partnership of our local police and fire personnel with the community by hosting the event since 1994. Residents gather to learn from first responders how to better protect their homes and families. They enjoy an evening of fun activities, music, and food trucks, while learning about local businesses and helping the Chamber raise funds that benefit the Olney Police Satellite Station, Officer Noah Leotta “Act Responsibly Scholarship”, Maryland-National Capital Park Police, and Sandy Spring Volunteer Fire Department.
Local businesses can gain exposure by becoming a sponsor and by donating raffle items. Based on this year’s Olney Days events, we are anticipating a large crowd to fill the Fair Hill Shopping Center parking lot on August 2, so this is your chance to get out in front of the community. Because this is the first large event the Chamber has hosted in some time, we are counting on your support in making it successful.
The number of sponsorships/exhibitor spaces is limited, and is open to Chamber members only at this time! There are approximately 30 spaces available, each with a 6-ft x 30-in table, and two folding chairs included. Table locations will be determined based on sponsorship level and the order in which FULLY PAID registrations are received. You may give away items, but exhibitors may not offer items for sale.
Use the registration form to select the level of participation that best meets your philanthropic and/or marketing objectives. For recognition in marketing materials and published information, full payment must be received from sponsors and exhibitors, along with donated raffle items, by July 11. Registration requests received after this date will only be accepted if space is available and will incur a $50 late fee, which will be applied to the Officer Noah Leotta “Act Responsibly Scholarship” fund.
