The Greater Olney Civic Association officers would like to invite you to a community meeting for the GOCA Public Policy and Community Affairs Committee at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, August 2, 2022, via Zoom. The purpose of this meeting is for anyone interested in contributing their voice on issues important to them and their neighborhoods within the Greater Olney area and working toward solutions.
Participating is strictly voluntary. It is designed to create a forum for residents to foster a sense of community in the area where they live; to communicate more effectively the needs of our neighborhoods to GOCA officers; and to encourage residents to work together to keep our neighborhoods an attractive and safe place to live.
I hope you will come to meet your neighbors and to learn how, by working together, we can ensure that Olney is clean, safe, friendly, and a place where all of us want to live. Please mark August 2nd on your calendar and plan to attend.
