Citizen of the Year AwardKathy Curtis– for her service to the community by coordinating the Olney Days Parade for the past 10 years.
Contribution to Community Award
Stephen Green – the manager at Giant Food in town who is always approachable and open to support community groups.
 
Richard Leotta – for his continued dedication to the passage of Noah’s Law in Maryland that imposed increased penalties for drunk driving, and then to the elimination of loopholes, following the loss of his son, Noah, a young police officer who was struck and killed by a drunk driver while working on a drunk driving task force.
Youth Contribution to Community AwardAndy Perera – an Eagle Scout who planned and executed a program to properly dispose of old and damaged American flags.
GOCA Worker of the Year AwardMatt Quinn – for his dedicated service to GOCA in the last 20 years and for being a pillar of the Olney community and a tireless advocate for its residents.
Ron Berger Memorial Olney Heritage AwardAlden English – for his life-long dedication to Oakdale Church, the Sandy Spring Volunteer Fire Department, SEROCA, GOCA, and the whole Olney community.
